Time <br />of collection of a grab sample -shall be recorded. The following shall -constitute the influent <br />monitoring program: <br />Constituents it <br />Flow mgd <br />VOCs' µg/1 <br />Sampling <br />Type of Sample Frequency <br />-- Continuous <br />Grab _ Semi -Annual <br />USEPA Method 601 or equivalent, with a maximum Practical Quantitation Limit (PQL) of <br />OS µg/1. <br />EFFLUENT MONITORING <br />Effluent samples shall be collected at the discharge from a manhole prior to being discharged <br />into Littlejohn Creek. <br />Eiflueni samples shall be representative of the volume and quality of the <br />discharge. Time of collection of samples shall be recorded. Effluent monitoring shallinclude <br />the following: <br />- - Sampling <br />Constituents <br />Tve of Sar p ' Frequent <br />pH <br />pH units Grab Monthly <br />Specific Conductivity <br />µmhos/cm Grab Monthly <br />VOCs, <br />Z <br />µg/1 Grab Monthly <br />ICAP (Metals Scan) <br />mg/1 Grab A-nnually <br />By USEPA Method 601 or equivalent, with a maximum PQL of 0.5 pg/l. <br />If any sample shows detectable volatile organics, the Discharger shall immediately resample and <br />reanalyze the effluent for the detected constituent(s), and shall continue sampling the effluent on a <br />weekly basis until the constituents) concentrations are below detection. <br />CS 005426 <br />City of Stockton 190855-0006 <br />
