L r <br />7.0 INFORMING CONTRACTORS <br />To ensure that outside contractors work safely in our work area, <br />it is the responsibility of the IIPP administrator to provide <br />contractors the following information: <br />A. Hazardous substances to which they may be exposed while <br />on the jobsite. <br />B. Precautions the employees may take to lessen the <br />possibility of exposure by usage of appropriate <br />protective measures. <br />If anyone has questions about this plan, contact the IIPP <br />administrator. Our plan will be monitored by the IIPP <br />administrator to ensure that the polices are carried out and that <br />the plan is effective. <br />• <br />9 HC -4 <br />
