C <br />in accordance with 27 CCR, Section 21190, must review any future proposed <br />changes to the currently proposed end use that would require construction <br />improvements. <br />Facilities remaining at the Forward Landfill during the post -closure period will <br />include the 1) access roads, 2) drainage control systems, 3) groundwater, gas, and <br />leachate monitoring systems, 4) environmental control system facilities, and -5) <br />stormwater and leachate surface impoundments. <br />Access roads are provided at the entrance and perimeter of the landfill, and on the <br />landfill final cover to provide access for post-closure,rnaintenance and monitoring <br />activities. The location of the access roads is shown on Drawing 4 of the )TD.
