CA0082911 <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL <br />GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br />SAN JOAQUINCOUNTY <br />rNFLUENT MONITORING <br />Influent samples shall be collected after the last connection before the wastes enter the treatment <br />process. Influent samples shall be representative of the volume and nature of the influent. Time <br />of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. The following shall constitute the influent <br />monitoring program: <br />Sampling <br />Constituents uniia Type of S Frequency- <br />Flow <br />mAle e u lcFlow mgd -- Continuous <br />VOCs µg/1 Grab Semi -Annual <br />USEPA Method 601 or equivalent, with a maximum Practical Quantitation Limit (PQL) of <br />0.5 µg11. <br />EFFLUENT MONITORING <br />Effluent samples shall be collected at the discharge from a manhole prior to being discharged <br />into Littlejohn Creek. Effluent samples shall be representative of the volume and quality of the <br />discharge. Time of collection of samples shall be recorded. Effluent monitoring shall include <br />the following: <br />- Sampling <br />Constituents l; its Twe of Saj j� Trecauency <br />pH pH units Grab Monthly <br />Specific Conductivity µmhos/cm Grab Monthly <br />VOCs µg/l Grab Monthly <br />2 <br />ICRP (Metals Scan) mg/1 Grab Annually <br />By USEPA Method 601 or equivalent, with a maximum PQL of 0.5 µg/l. <br />If any sample shows detectable volatile organics, the Discharger shall immediately resample and <br />reanalyze the effluent for the detected constituent(s), and shall continue sampling the effluent on a <br />weekly basis until the constituent(s) concentrations are below detection. <br />CS 005426 <br />City of Stockton 190855.0006 <br />
