If anyone has any additional questions, please contact <br />the IIPP administrator. <br />When new hazardous substances are introduced, the IIPP <br />administrator will review the above item as they are related to <br />the material in the work area safety meeting. <br />5.0 LIST OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES <br />Appendix HC -1 presents a list of all known hazardous substances <br />present in the facility. Specific information on each noted <br />hazardous substance(s) can be obtained by reviewing the MSDS. <br />6.0 HAZARDOUS NON -ROUTINE TASKS <br />Periodically, employees are required to perform hazardous non- <br />routine task. Prior to starting work on such projects, each <br />affected employee will be given information by their supervisor <br />about hazards to which they may be exposed during such an <br />activity. <br />This information will include: <br />A. Specific hazards. <br />B. Protective and safety measures which must be utilized. <br />Measures Forward has taken to lessen the hazards including <br />ventilation, respirators, presence of another employee, and <br />emergency procedures. <br />The specific tasks and associated hazardous substances will be <br />reviewed with all staff involved in the work at the health and <br />safety tailgate meeting prior to starting work. <br />HC -3 <br />
