0 3.13 <br />CLOSURE r <br />3.13.1 CLOSURE PROCESS <br />As discussed in Section 1.5, Stage IA of the Forward Landfill will be closed in <br />Summer 2005. Stage IA closure construction will begin with mobilization of <br />equipment and materials.
