Ak 6.5 DEMONSTRATION OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY <br />Wo <br />C <br />Closure/Post-Closure/Corrective Action Program (CAP) Maintenance Fund <br />In accordance with 27 CCR, Chapter 6 and 40 CFR, Subpart G, an operator <br />must demonstrate financial assurance for the proper closure, post -closure <br />maintenance and groundwater corrective action for reasonably foreseeable <br />releases at a landfill.
