0 <br />Stockton Record <br />NOTICE OF FINAL DECISION <br />FOR THE ISSUANCE OF AUTHORITY <br />TO CONSTRUCT PERMIT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Air Pollution Control Officer has issued <br />Authority to Construct permit to Forward Landfill, Inc. for its municipal solid waste <br />landfill operation located at 9999 S. Austin Road in Manteca, California. Forward <br />Landfill, Inc, is proposing to increase landfill gas throughput from 1,530 scfm to <br />2,000 scfm in the vapor control system and existing flare, and also will install a <br />second vapor control system and 3,400 scfm landfill gas-fired flare for <br />compliance with 40 CFR 60 Subpart WWW. <br />No comments were received following the District's preliminary decision on this <br />project. <br />The application review for Project #N-1062444, is available for public inspection at <br />the District office at the address below.
