• 6.0 DISPOSAL SITE OPERATIONS <br /> 6.1 HOURS <br /> 6.1.1 CURRENT HOURS OF OEPRATION <br /> The landfill is currently permitted to be open to commercial haulers (it is not <br /> open to the public) from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The <br /> Forward Landfill currently operated from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br /> Saturday. The LEA will be notified in advance of any change to these hours of <br /> operation. Grinding of wood waste in the resource recovery area occurs from <br /> 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday. The Forward Landfill can <br /> also open for disposal operations 10 Sundays per year from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 <br /> p.m. The LEA must be notified prior to any Sunday working day. <br /> Appointments for all deliveries of wastes must be made at least 24 hours in <br /> advance. The site is to be closed two holidays per year (New Year's Day and <br /> Christmas). The business hours for the Forward office (in Stockton) are from <br /> • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br /> 6.2 PERSONNEL <br /> The on site landfill personnel consists of: <br /> 1 foreman ► <br /> 15 heavy equipment operators <br /> 2 equipment mechanic <br /> 6 general laborers <br /> 1 secretary/office manager <br /> 1 operations manager <br /> 4 scalehouse attendant <br /> - temporaries as needed <br /> The assignments and responsibilities of these personnel are described below: <br /> Heavy Equipment Operators. The heavy equipment operators operate a variety <br /> • of equipment including compactors, scrapers, dozers, graders, loaders, and water <br /> trucks.
