In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(c), copies of specific records will be submitted to the LEA as requested or at a frequency approved by the LEA. 3.4.3 SPECIAL OCCURRENCES The Contingency Plan will continue to remain in effect during the life of the landfill and RRF. The plan describes procedures for reporting special occurrences including fires, earth slides, accidents, spills, and other extraordinary situations. A copy of the Contingency Plan is included as Appendix D. A log of unusual occurrences is maintained at the landfill office trailer in accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(d). The operator will notify the LEA by telephone within 24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of emergency procedures unless p,UtceL health 3.4.4 PUBLIC COMPLAINTS In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(e), the operator maintains a record of any written public complaints including the nature of the complaint; the date of the complaint; name, address, telephone number of the person(s) making the complaint, and any action(s) taken in response. 3.4.5 OPERATOR NOTIFICATION In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(f), the operator maintains a copy of the written notification to the LEA of the names, address and telephone number of the operator or other person(s) responsible for the operations. 3.4.6 EMPLOYEE TRAINING RECORDS In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(g), the operator maintains records of employee training.
