In accordance with 14 CCR, Section <br /> 17414(c), copies of specific records will be submitted to the LEA as requested or <br /> at a frequency approved by the LEA. <br /> 3.4.3 SPECIAL OCCURRENCES <br /> The Contingency Plan will continue to remain in effect during the life of the landfill <br /> and RRF. The plan describes procedures for reporting special occurrences <br /> including fires, earth slides, accidents, spills, and other extraordinary situations. A <br /> copy of the Contingency Plan is included as Appendix D. A log of unusual <br /> occurrences is maintained at the landfill office trailer in accordance with 14 CCR, <br /> Section 17414(d). The operator will notify the LEA by telephone within 24 hours <br /> of all incidents requiring the implementation of emergency procedures unless <br /> p,UtceL health <br /> 3.4.4 PUBLIC COMPLAINTS <br /> In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(e), the operator maintains a record <br /> of any written public complaints including the nature of the complaint; the date <br /> of the complaint; name, address, telephone number of the person(s) making the <br /> complaint, and any action(s) taken in response. <br /> 3.4.5 OPERATOR NOTIFICATION <br /> In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(f), the operator maintains a copy of <br /> the written notification to the LEA of the names, address and telephone number <br /> of the operator or other person(s) responsible for the operations. <br /> 3.4.6 EMPLOYEE TRAINING RECORDS <br /> In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414(g), the operator maintains records of <br /> employee training.
