This area includes the final fill <br /> slopes on the northern and southern portions of the landfill from the edge of the <br /> base liner system up to an elevation of 150 feet above mean sea level (AMSC). <br /> The closure volume estimates are based on waste fill up to an elevation 150 feet <br /> AMSL down to the master plan base grades. As part of this project, the area will <br /> be cleared and grubbed, as necessary, and the closure improvements constructed <br /> (e.g., final cover, permanent drainage, landfill gas systems modification etc.).
