Each specimen of geomembrane was cut to 14"x 20"and clamped to the lower shear box. <br /> 2. Each specimen of geotextile was cut to 14"x 16"and clamped to the upper shear box. <br /> 3. Each test interface was sprayed with water then consolidated for 2 hrs at the specified normal stress,then sheared. <br /> 4. The test was performed in a"wet'or"flooded"condition. <br /> 5. Shearing occurred at the interface of the textile and geomembrane specimens. <br /> 6. The Friction Angle and Adhesion(or Cohesion)results given here are based on a mathematically determined best fit line. <br /> 7.
