SECTION 01710 <br /> MOBILIZATION AND DEMOBILIZATION <br /> PART 1 GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> A. Section Includes: Mobilization and demobilization. <br /> 1.2 DESCRIPTION <br /> A. Mobilization shall include: <br /> 1. Mobilization of all construction equipment, materials, supplies, <br /> appurtenances, and the like, manned and ready for commencing and <br /> performing the work. <br /> 2. Assembly and delivery to the site of equipment, materials, and supplies <br /> necessary for the performance of the work but which are not intended to be <br /> incorporated in the work; preparation of the CONTRACTOR's work area; <br /> complete assembly, and in working order, of equipment necessary to <br /> perform the required work; personnel services preparatory to commencing <br /> actual work; and all other preparatory work required to permit <br /> commencement of the actual work on construction items for which payment <br /> is provided under the Contract. <br /> B. Demobilization shall include: <br /> 1. Removal from the site of all construction plant, equipment, materials, <br /> supplies, appurtenances, and the like upon completion of the work. <br /> 2.
