r <br /> WHEREAS, the San Joaquin County Local Enforcement Agency has certified that the <br /> application package is complete and correct, and the changes proposed in the proposed permit <br /> are consistent with and supported by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> documents that were prepared for the project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff have evaluated the proposed permit and application package for <br /> consistency with the standards adopted by the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds the proposed permit is consistent with CEQA; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that all state and local requirements for the proposed permit have <br /> been met; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the California Integrated Waste Management <br /> Board concurs with the issuance of Solid Waste Facility Permit No. 39-AA-0015. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Director, or his designee, of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board does hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,true, and correct copy of a <br /> resolution duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board held on June 17-18, 2003. <br /> Dated: June 17,2003 <br /> Mark Leary <br /> Executive erector <br />
