(39-AA-0015)on the <br /> Inventory of Solid Waste Facilities Violating State Mnimurn Standards <br /> Dear Mr. Basso: <br /> The California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) is required to place on the Inventory of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Violating State Minimum Standards (Inventory) facilities that have repeat <br /> violations of Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR),Division 2, Subdivision .l, Consolidated <br /> Regulations for Treatment, Storage, Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br /> A review of the monthly San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's (local enforcement <br /> agency) inspection reports from June 2003 through August 2003 for Forward Landfill Inc., indicates that <br /> the following state minimum standard has been violated during this period: <br /> • Title 27 CCR Section 20919—Gas Control. <br /> Forward Inc. is hereby notified that Board staff is proposing to include Forward Landfill Inc. <br /> (SWIS #39-AA-0015) on the Inventory pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 44104 for repeat <br /> violations of the above state minimum standard. <br /> The local enforcement agency will continue to be responsible for inspecting Forward Landfill Inc. on a <br /> monthly basis and providing written documentation (inspection reports) regarding the compliance status <br /> with respect to the state minimum standard cited above.
