(Sukut superintendent)in the early morning to discuss the day's
plan of operation. General earthworks operations continued with the one(1) scraper hauling minor amounts
of stockpiled clay and windrows generated by the two blades. The two(2)blades continued to finish cut the
clay on the cell floor. The blades used serrated edges in the morning to rough cut the clay and in the late
afternoon used the smooth edges to begin finishing. The sheepsfoot compactor applied compactive effort a
the water truck moisture conditioned. The D5 dozer cleaned and widened the access road into the cell which
will be used for general truck access.
Review of the roll certifications of the Bentofix GCL and the geotextile(16oz)material continued as time
permitted. On site lab testing of the clay material continued with another completion of two(2)more
Atterberg limits tests.
