Training: The Operations Manager's training in ACW management consists of regular updates on revisions to regulatory requirements and participation in reviews of internal procedures and policies. The updates come from industry organizations (e.g., CRRC), lobbyists retained by Forward to monitor regulatory activities, technical consultants, and in-house technical staff.
