Revised Material Reporting Format
The revised material reporting format needs to address the following questions:
a. What type of material is considered CII MISC?
b. The daily tonnage report should differentiate between Class II soil designated for
disposal and Class II waste designated for beneficial reuse.
c. What type of material is considered "STOCKPILE"?
d. What type of material is considered spring cleanup? Why is this not considered
municipal solid waste?
e. There is a Total Disposed Waste tonnage figure, but which material types are
included in this figure?
f. Is CONST. DEBRIS considered municipal solid waste (MSW) or is it being
processed for use as alternative daily cover (ADC) or is it being beneficially
reused?
g. What type of material is considered BEN REUSEANERTS?
Ii. Per the revised tonnage report provided it appears that all the CII MISC material
and Class II soil is being used for beneficial reuse. Does Forward Landfill
dispose of any CII MISC material or Class II soil?
i. What type of material is considered ADC/OTHER?
j. Should there also be a category for contaminated soil that may be used for ADC
on a lined cell (per the local air district), but not for other beneficial reuses?
FFILECOPY
cc—Z s ►'.lam D
,-05
Ma fled 6
