Thanks. <br />Should Stockton write a letter to Forward stating concerns that they might not be meeting contract requirements if <br />their suggested procedures are being followed as indicated in their letter? Throwing out food waste would likely <br />be a violation of the contract as described here.... although Forward would likely just say that the food waste is <br />"trash" and not intended to be "food waste"... I think you would report to the city, though, saying that it looks like <br />people are participating in Stockton's food waste program and that Forward is picking that out and disposing of it, <br />right? <br />4/5/2006 <br />
