Violation: PRC 44014(b) The tonnage of waste received/accepted at this facility exceeded the permitted <br />maximum tonnage of 46,080 tons per week, not exceeding 8668 tons per day. Also see item 2 for the daily tonnage that also exceeded the permitted <br />maximum tonnage. <br />a. The amount of waste received at this facility shall not exceed the permitted maximum tonnage of <br />46,080 tons per week, not exceeding 8,668 tons per day. <br />b. Violation: T27CCR21600 RDSI has not been amended to include information listed in <br />T27CCR21600(b)(6)(B), the ADC usage and waste to cover ratio. <br />a.
