Soils with organic contents greater than 50 ppm as measured in the manner prescribed in <br />BAAQMD Regulation 8, Rule 40 are identified and reported as Class II Soil at Forward <br />Landfill and would be reported as disposed soils and not as beneficial reuse soil. <br />Physical Characteristics <br />This is an internal Forward Landfill standard.
