The Forward Landfill, SWIS #39-AA-0015, is a permitted class II and class III <br /> waste disposal facility, located at 9999 South Austin Road, Manteca, San Joaquin <br /> County, California. It is owned and operated by Forward Incorporated, a <br /> subsidiary of Allied Waste Industries. <br /> II. On June 4, 2002,this LEA conducted routine inspection and noted that the <br /> concentration of methane gas in the gas monitoring probe GP-10, located a few <br /> feet north of the scale house, was 7%.
