(39-AA-0015) was included <br /> PAT WIGGINS in the Inventory of Solid Waste Facilities that Violate State Minimum Standards <br /> 1'WIGGINSOC1WMB.CA.GOV (Inventory)pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 44104.
