This application 'package has been prepared to re- <br /> submit the JTD Amendment based on your comment letter dated Mamh 17,2006. The <br /> comment letter from your agency is included as Attachment A and the responses are included <br /> as Attachment B. Attachment B-1 of this submittal is a copy of the letter from Forward <br /> Incorporated regarding the remaining site,life estimate for the landfill. Attachment <br /> C of this <br /> submittal includes revised pages of the JTD Amendment that were changed as a result of the <br /> March 17, 2006 comment letter. Attachment C includes revised text and tables for <br /> Amendment No. 1, which includes a footer to note the original JTD 'date and the date of this <br /> Amendment No. 1- A revised table of contents, covers and spines, JTD indices(Tables I and <br /> 2),and Appendix C-1 (Beneficial Reuse Calculations) are also included in this submittal. In <br /> addition, Sections 4.'0 and 6.0 of this JTD Amendment No. I are shown in revision format for <br /> ease in reviewing the amended text.
