inform the regulatory agencies of their desire to use these materials and provide any necessary documentation. 6.4.6.1 BENEFICIAL REUSE RECORDS A record of beneficial reuse of solid wastes shall be maintained in accordance with requirements of 27 CCR, Section 20686(d). Beneficial reuse of solid wastes shall include, but not be limited to, alternative daily cover, alternative intermediate cover, final cover foundation layer, liner operations layer, leachate and landfill gas collection system, construction fill, road base, wet weather operations pads and access roads, and soil amendments for erosion control and landscaping. Beneficial reuse material will be restricted to those solid wastes and quantities of solid wastes appropriate for the specific reuse and in accordance with engineering, industry guidelines and other standard practices specified in 27 CCR, Section 21600(b)(6) and in accordance with requirements of 27 CCR, Section 20686. 6.4.7 REFUSE TO COVER RATIOS The refuse to daily cover ratios will vary dependent upon the type of daily cover utilized as follows: Soil with Tars 6:1 Clean and Contaminated Soil 4:1 (including Intermediate Cover Shredded Tires 12"thick 4.7:1 PGM 12" thick 4.7:1 Com ostable Material 12" thick 4.7:1 Treated Auto Shredder Residue 3.1:1 (18" assumed - Title 27 requires an average compacted thickness less than 24" C&D (Inert) Material (12" assumed - Title 27 4.7:1 requires an average compacted thickness less than 18" Ash and Cement Kiln Dust 4.7:1 12" thick NOTE:Thickness shown above are consistent with Title 27, Section 20690.
