If all "paper work" is in order, the Load Checker directs the <br /> driver to the designated ACW disposal area and observes the load during <br /> unloading for any irregularities or materials that are not consistent with the <br /> manifest. The Load Checker notifies the Operations Manager if he/she notices <br /> any discrepancies. The Load checker also collects the Load Check Forms for <br /> filing and reconciliation with scale house records for the day. <br /> Training: The Load Checker receives in-house training on proper documentation <br /> and internal controls (e.g., waste acceptance and control procedures, including <br /> the internal approval number system). They are <br /> responsible for performing this work consistent with regulatory requirements and <br /> company policies and procedures, as described in Item 3, above.
