Guinn
Construction continued using the seven (7) scrapers to haul clay from the northern cut area throughout the
day. One dozer, one water truck and the sheepsfoot rollers also worked on the north slope fill area. The
other water trucks moisture conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the tractor with discs. The
® loader and blade continued removing the south berm of the upper portion of the FU -05 cell and grading the
bench to prepare for geogrid placement. The loader also began to clear and grub the slope to the east of the
fill area. The blade was later used in the same area.
Eighteen (18) nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the
north slope fill area. All tests passed the specified values in density and moisture content and the on site
foreman was verbally informed of the test results. Vector project manager, Montie C. was briefly on site to
collect samples for off site testing.
Reviewed By:
4/23/03, Rev. 0 1 of 1
C-2
