' Summary of Northern California Youth Center Sampling Results for October 11,2007 <br /> Forward Landfill-Austin Road Unit,California Page 2 <br /> Future monthly sample results will be used to verify that all VOCs in the indoor faucet remain below <br /> ' their respective MCLS. <br /> During the October 2007 sampling event, NCYC personnel informed Herst & Associates, Inc. <br /> ' personnel of repairs that had been recently completed on the pump in Well#1. NCYC personnel state <br /> that the pump within Well #1 must be cycle-tested before operational status authorization can be <br /> granted. It is anticipated that Well#1 will be on-line and sampled during the November 2007 sampling <br /> event. <br /> Forward Landfill and the NCYC continue to pursue extending municipal water to the NCYC facility. <br /> Forward Landfill reports that its design consultant has completed the preliminary design phase of the <br /> water line extension project. Forward Landfill personnel indicate that they are currently awaiting <br /> agreement of certain project design specifications from both the City of Stockton and the State of <br /> California.
