In accordance with <br /> a conversation with CV Water Board staff,historical and 2007 analytical,pH,and conduc- <br /> tivity data will be provided on compact disc in the fourth quarter 2007 monitoring report <br /> (Atkinson,2006,personal communication). <br /> During third quarter 2007, effluent samples will be collected monthly and analyzed for pH, <br /> specific conductivity,and VOCs.
