Sample DocwnenWon and Custody Field notes will be recorded on daily field technician reports which are filed in the project fIe_ Information to be recorded will inchide at a ' ' nun the project name, PrOjectnumber, date, sample location,weather,and name of sampler. 4thar information which may be pertinent to the project will be recorded,including any deviation's from the standard procedures. Each-page will be signed upon. completion.. An exathple of a Field Technician's Daffy Report is located in Appendix B_, Collected samples will be accompanied by a chaui-of-custody record. Each sample will have its own unique sample identific ation mmiber, sample iocation, date and time of collei:tion, and appropriate Preservative clearly labeled with a permanent marker alone with-a sarttplc _ . seal affixed around the sample battle cap.
