#� I <br />�MO 12.0 Records and ReporQ <br />Sampling locations will be set up, operated, calibrated, and maintained using standard methods. <br />Data relating to setup, operation, calibration, and maintenance of sampling equipment will be <br />recorded and maintained in the irionitoring field work sheets and field audit sheet. Copies ol'the <br />field work -sheets will be included in the report. Copies of the monitoring rccorcls will be <br />provided to Allied to be submitted to the I.FA, <br />Meteorological Data <br />The MET data will be recorded electronically using, a existing data logger system at the site. <br />9AME =0 <br />Upon cornpletion of the sampling event, Shaw will tabulate the field data and prepare a report to <br />be submitted to the I.F.A. The report will include the field data and the laboratory analytical data <br />to determine an asbestos baseline level and the sampling results. Data from the field sampling <br />activity will be recorded by Shaw, Analytical data from the laboratory will be obtained by Shaw. <br />A& Data will be tabulated and used for preparing a sampling report. <br />A final asbestos air monitoring; report will be prepared by Shaw that documents the Inotittoring <br />results for the entire project and will be submitted within 60 calendar days after completion of <br />the monitoring. The report will contain a surninary of monitoring done, analytical and quality <br />assurance/quality control (QAiQ(,) data. This will include an evaluation of the QAIQC data <br />generated during the arnblent air monitoring activities. The report will list and describe in detail <br />instance-, when the air quality action levels were exceeded and what corrective measures were <br />implemented to prevent reoccurrence. <br />
