The material <br /> is removed by scrapers from the excavation area,watered, and compacted with an 815 compactor. <br /> Guinn is ripping and wetting the west side of the excavation area with a -6, a tractor with discs, and <br /> a water truck. The material is being conditioned for a clay test area that will be constructed <br /> tomorrow.
