CQA monitored moisture and composition of borrow material. <br /> - Guinn placed low permeability soil from the borrow area,into the cell from north to south. The <br /> material was placed at a minim of 6%above optimum as per the recommendations of CQA. The <br /> material was placed in "loose lifts(6"compacted)as per the specifications. The material was <br /> compacted with an 825 compactor and an 815 compactor.
