r10.0 CONCLUSION
Based on the data obtained from the on-site monitoring stations, it is concluded that the
alternative final cover system at the FSL is responding to precipitation events in a fashion that is
consistent with both, other monitored sites in similar climatic conditions and with its modeled
performance. That is,the data indicate that the alternative final cover is controlling infiltration
as expected and, in fact, a net drying of the cover/waste is likely to have occurred over the three
year monitoring period.
11.0 CLOSURE
This report is based on the project as described and the geotechnical data obtained in this study.
Our firm should be notified of any pertinent change in the project plans or if conditions are found
that differ from those described in this report, since this may require a reevaluation.
