Sample Documentation and custody Field notes will be recorded on daily field techakian reports which are filed in the project Erle. Infamtation to be recorded incluide at ° ° um the Project name, project number, date, sample location,weather,and name of sampler. Other iufomaation*Wch may be pertinent to the project will be recorded,including any deviation's from the standard procedures. Each-page Will be signed upon completion. An example of a-Field TecWcianli Daily Report is located in Appendix B. ' Collected samples will be accompanied by a chain-0 f-custody tr,.cord. Each sample will.have its own unique sample identification number, sample location, date and time of collection, and Y appropriate preservative clearly labeled with a Permanent marker along"with-a sample,custody- seal affixed around the sample bottle cap.
