C7 3.3 Design Modifications During the construction of WMU FU -10, modifications to the contract drawings and specifications occurred. The approved modifications during construction of WMU FU -10 are included in Appendix O. The modifications included accepting the large-scale direct shear testing results and approving the local geotextile for use over the limited area on the 5:1 deck, 3.4 Final Report Preparation of the Final Report, documenting the project construction CQA activities, was the last task to complete the CQA program for the Forward Landfill WMU FU -10 composite liner system. This report includes discussions of the findings and observations of the on-site CQA personnel regarding the activities identified above. The documentation of construction and CQA activities are presented on the field logs prepared by the CQA personnel, which are included in Appendix B of this report. Also presented in the appendices of this report are the results of laboratory conformance tests conducted on earthworks and geosynthetic materials. The report contains a discussion of the CQA procedures performed by Ausenco Vector; a discussion of the construction activities; and a description of the composite liner system components observed and tested by Ausenco Vector. • Photographic documentation of this project was maintained by Ausenco Vector throughout the construction period; select photos are presented in Appendix A. • Daily Reports of construction and CQA activities are included in Appendix B. • Earthworks documentation is included in Appendices C through G. • Geosynthetics documentation is included in Appendices H through L. • HDPE piping documentation is included in Appendix M. • Certification survey data and as -built drawings are included in Appendix N. • Design modifications are included in Appendix O.
