The Final <br />CQA Report for FU -10 contains the data for this material. <br />4 Earthworks Construction <br />As the earthworks construction was implemented, <br />Ausenco Vector CQA performed construction <br />monitoring and earthworks testing. This section <br />describes the CQA tasks <br />associated with the <br />construction of the earthworks components of the WMU FU -10 composite <br />liner system. The <br />elements monitored and tested by Ausenco Vector <br />CQA and discussed within this section include <br />preparation of the existing subgrade and placement of Subgrade Fill soils; placement of the low <br />permeable Clay Liner (CL) soils; installation of the LCRS Coarse Gravel and <br />Granular Drainage <br />material; and placement of the Operations Layer soils. <br />The earthworks CQA activities performed by Ausenco Vector for the WMU FU -10 composite liner <br />construction included: <br />Date: October 2010 <br />USVC0004800 <br />Final construction Quality Assurance Report <br />
