Construction Activities <br />1. COMANCO started and completed deployment of the DST 60 mil HDPE on the deck above the 5:1 <br />slope, including all repairs as needed. Panels P- I through P-10 deployed: about 23,122 tl�. <br />2. Guinn Construction running one water truck to control road dust. <br />CQA Activities <br />1. CQA monitored all construction activities during deployment of the DST 60 mil HDPE on the deck <br />above the 5:1 slope. <br />2. CQA collected destructive liner sample DS -35 from panels P-5 and P-8 ftom material deployed on <br />the deck above the 5:1 slope. The sample was shipped today to Precision Geosynthetics for peel and <br />shear lesti . <br />3. CQA continued data entry for the compaction testing of the Low Permeable Clay Liner soils. <br />III.
