The responses address the comments received in a letter from the <br /> EHD on October 13, 2010. Below, each EHD comment is provided in italics, followed by the <br /> responses by Forward. <br /> Comment#1: The plan states that Forward Inc. has submitted an application to revise the Solid <br /> Waste Facility Permit (SWFP). As of today the EHD has not received a permit <br /> application to revise the SWFP from the Forward Inc.personnel. <br /> Response#1: Page 1, bulleted item 2, is revised as "Forward is preparing and will be submitting <br /> an application to revise the Solid Waste Facility Permit to include the southwest <br /> expansion area as a buffer area within the facility." <br /> Comment#2: The plan states at the top of page 3, that 10 Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) wells <br /> will be installed. In the second paragraph on page 3, the plan states that 6 SVE <br /> wells will be installed. Please clarify and revise to reflect the actual number of <br /> SVE wells proposed for installation. <br /> Response#2: Page 3,paragraph 3 is revised to state "Forward is proposing to install 15 LFG <br /> extraction wells and 10 SVE wells." <br />
