Copies of the monitoring records will be <br /> provided to Allied to be submitted to the LFA. <br /> Meteorologicaf Data <br /> The MFT data will be recorded clectronieally using a existing data logger systern at the site. <br /> 12.2 Reports <br /> U,pon completion of the sampling event, Shaw will tabiflale the field data and prepare a report to <br /> be submitted to the LFA. -MC TCI,)O-,t will include the field data and the laboratory analy-oca] data <br /> to determine an asbestos baseline level and the sampling results, Data :roan the field sampling <br /> activity will be recorded by Shaw. Analytical data from the laboratory will be obtained by Shaw. <br /> Data will be tabulated and used for preparing a sampling report. <br /> A Final asbestos air monitoring report will be prepared by Shaw that documents the monitoring <br /> results for the entire project and will be submitted within 60 calendar clays after completion of <br /> the monitoring. The report will contain a summary of monitoring done, analytical and quality <br /> assuraneelcluality control (Q.-IVQC) data. This will include an evaluation of the QA/QC data <br /> generated during the ambient air monitoring activities. The report will list and describe in detail <br /> instances when the air quality action levels were exceeded and what corrective measures, were <br /> implemented to prevent reoccurrence. <br />
