' Work Plan for Monitoring Well Installations <br /> Austin Road Landfill Unit,California Page 4 <br /> ' The monitoring wells will be sampled in accordance with the Austin Road Landfill Groundwater Sampling and <br /> Analysis Plan(GWSAP), no earlier than 48 hours after well development. Groundwater sampling procedures <br /> conducted during the monitoring well installation project will adhere to instructions and details provided within <br /> the GWSAP(Appendix B). <br /> A completed Service Request form, a Licensed Contractors Declaration form, and installation Well Permit <br /> Application forms for the proposed monitoring well activities are attached. The well installation program has <br /> been scheduled to start on or about November 21, 2011.
