In section B of the application, the weekly tonnage is not listed. The application must contain all applicable information, <br /> limitation and conditions set forth in the current swfp unless you request the revision or change of the information or conditions. <br /> Please review and resubmit your application and provide all applicable information. <br /> 2. The pages of the JTD that you request to be amended or replaced do not match the ones that the EHD has. Please submit <br /> the pages of JTD that you would like to be amended or replaced. The pages must match the existing one. <br /> 2. In section 2.1 of the JTD, it states"The resource recovery facilty is operated by Sierra Organics." That is not correct. This <br /> information can be addressed when you request for the facility expansion. <br /> 3. Section 2.2 of the JTD does not address the new parcel. Please revise to include the information on the new parcel and its <br /> intended usage. <br /> 4. Section 2.2 of the JTD makes reference to Table 3. In the existing Table 3, the total site area is 567 acres. Please revise to <br /> include all areas. <br /> 5. Since this revision adds new property and expands the facility boundary, Section 2.3 Land Use and section 2.4 Siting <br /> Restriction of the JTD need to be revised also. <br /> 6. In section 4.6 of the JTD, the date of the site capacity is December 31, 2011. Is this current or projected? Please provide the <br /> current site capacity for this section. The current site capacity is to be used for the site life projection, which is addressed in <br /> section 4.7 of the JTD. <br /> 7. In section 4.7.1 of the current JTD, the site life is projected to be February 2017. You have stated that you deleted September <br /> 2017. Please amend that. <br /> Please submit the above information to the EHD.
