Signed Worker's Compensation Declarations(4),with wet signatures,for the for the four Well & Boring Permit <br /> Applications submitted previously. <br /> 2. Typical probe construction detail for the seven (7) proposed LFG probes—as you can see, all of the dimensions will be <br /> utilized in relation to the surface elevation at each probe location—the ground surface elevations for each probe location <br /> will be determined by survey prior to beginning drilling. <br /> 3. A map showing the locations of the proposed seven new probes,with their locations by Northings and Eastings, plus the <br /> distance between each adjacent probe. <br /> 4.
