The area was not a <br /> previous acitive face either. It was all soil underneath it. <br /> -TASW is to be used as described in JTD, in 27CCR20686 and in 27CCR20690. <br /> x 20820- Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> Comments: There are several erosions on the north slope of FU06. <br /> -Repair all erosions. <br /> x 20923-Gas Monitoring <br /> Comments: The middle probe of GP10 appears to be plugged. The EA is unable to obtain gas sample using <br /> LandTec GEM2NAV. The EA tests the probe using GilAir 5,the GilAir 5 goes into fault mode within seconds. <br /> There is great vacuum in the middle probe after the GilAir 5 or the LandTec is disconnected. <br /> -Repair the probe. <br /> -Ensure all probes are functional and meet the design and construction as described in 27CCR20923 and 20925. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -The concentrations of explosive gas in GP9, 10(except middle probe), 11 and 12 are 0% by volume. The middle probe <br /> of G131 appears to be clogged,the LEA is unable to draw sample. <br />
