No additional fill shall be placed over an <br />area until the existing fill has been tested horizontally and vertically and determined by <br />the CQA Monitor to meet the Earthwork Specifications of this document. The area to be <br />reworked will be verified by survey if in the opinion of the CQA Monitor conditions <br />warrant this detail. <br />6.3.2 MOISTURE CONTENT AND DENSITY <br />If, in the opinion of the Geotechnical CQA Consultant or his designated representative, <br />fill materials which have been placed and/or are ready to be placed, do not visually have a <br />uniform and homogeneous material characteristic and moisture content throughout, these <br />materials will be removed, without testing, and will be reprocessed and/or reworked until, <br />in the opinion of the Geotechnical CQA Consultant or his designated representative, they <br />meet the Project Specifications. <br />cLAmos409VroxwnP.DicQaer M.docn/Loos <br />-13- <br />Geologic Associates <br />
