Austin Road, Manteca, California 95336. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)received application for 5- <br /> year permit review from Forward Inc.,the operator of Forward Landfill, and conducted <br /> permit review pursuant to Title 27 of California Code of Regulation(T27CCR), Section <br /> 21675. The EHD has determined that the SWFP does not require revision. The operator <br /> has submitted a new Joint Technical Document(JTD), and the EHD is currently <br /> reviewing it.
