The report documents construction quality <br />assurance activities and testing for a new Class II Waste Management Unit (WMU) FU -13. <br />The report is complete and demonstrates that the new unit was constructed in general <br />accordance with project plans and specifications, the CQA Manual, applicable regulations and <br />approved designed modifications. Based on results of the CQA report and staff's inspection <br />during construction, WMU FU -13 is approved to accept waste in accordance with the facility's <br />Waste Discharge Requirements. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 464-4614. <br />ROSS D.
