The plan states "A Tracinator is also located along the main landfill entrance road..." If the tracinator is used to keep the dirt <br />from reaching Austin Road, should it be located along the exit road? <br />2. We do not have any information on Tracinator. What is it? How will it clean the dirt from the truck tires? Please submit <br />informaiton, including drawing and its functions, to EHD. <br />3. The plan states "Austin Road will be cleaned, as needed, by sweeper truck and water truck."
