The plan include changes to the text. I have two <br />questions. <br />1) Did your firm submit those changes to Calrecycle Closure staff @ the same time you submitted those changes to <br />the EHD? They will need to be submitted to them as well as the RWQCB. As indicated on the attached transmittal <br />letter, we were waiting until your review comments were addressed and incorporated into the JTD (with the <br />CPCMP included as Appendix A) before sending it to the RWQCB and CalRecycle. We will send the RWQCB's <br />copy to them shortly. Also, would you prefer for us to send CalRecycle their copy directly, or would you prefer <br />that we send you CalRecycle's copy and you submit it to them? Please advise. <br />2) Did your firm review the closure cost estimates for accuracy in today's world? The estimates are 5 years old the <br />estimates are still accurate you will need to certify that specifically. Both the closure and post -closure cost estimates <br />were updated using 2013 dollars, as indicated in the text of the documents as well as noted on the tables. They <br />are attached for your quick reference. <br />If you have any questions please let me know.
