AND REPUBLIC SERVICES INC. <br />FORWARD LANDFILL <br />CLASS II <br />OPERATION, CLOSURE <br />AND CORRECTIVE ACTION <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2014-0006 for the Forward Class 11 <br />Landfill was adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br />Region, at its 6 February 2014 meeting, This Order prescribes requirements for operation, <br />closure and corrective action at the Forward Landfill. A copy of the Order must be maintained at <br />the facility. A copy of this Order should also be placed in the landfills operating record. <br />Please review your WDRs carefully to ensure you understand all aspects of the discharge <br />requirements. Please note that the Reporting Requirements section of the WDRs requires <br />submittal of certain technical reports by the dates provided in the Order.
